About
A little bit about me.
Christelle is a founder and strategic advisor with experience spanning technology, government and public affairs.
Most recently at Meta, she led flagship AI and innovation policy campaigns across Europe. Her work included shaping European debates around emerging technologies, competitiveness and digital regulation, and building coalitions of industry leaders around AI governance.
Prior to Meta, she served in senior advisory roles in the French government, including as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Health during periods of significant political and public-health crises. She also previously advised global technology and pharmaceutical companies on public affairs, strategic communications and crisis management.
Born in Guadeloupe and based in Paris, she holds master's degrees in Public Policy and Law from Sciences Po Toulouse and Toulouse University.
Today, her work sits at the intersection of AI, leadership, performance, wellbeing and organisational transformation.
She is currently building Selfcared, an early-stage venture exploring how AI can support healthier and more sustainable ways of working for knowledge workers.
